GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The service department has 7 full time technicians committed to giving you full satisfaction for your repair. We service all the lines we sell and provide full warranty service as well. If you would prefer at home service, our READY TO MOW program has several optional packages to meet your needs. At Art's we emphasize preventive maintenance, and urge you to take advantage of the many specials we offer throughout the year.
ART'S 2 X 4 LOANER PROGRAM:
Our committment to the commercial cutter is to keep you mowing. Art's guarantees a 4 hour repair turn-around or free loaner machine for zero-turn and commercial walk behind mowers purchased here beginning Jan. 1, 2000. We provide 2 full years of coverage on this program. The loaner will be a similar machine that may be a different brand or model.For machines purchased before Jan. 1, 2000 or over 2 years old, we have a rental program available. Special Abilities:
Our technicians continually attend service schools for all the lines we carry to stay up to date with new developments and technologies. We have several master and expert designated technicians on the major engine lines. You are assured of receiving top quality service on hydraulics and electrical systems for our John Deere products.
